In this project, my focus was on digitizing paper documents and implementing automated data flows to revolutionize data management processes. Here are the key aspects of the project:

Digitization and Automation:

• I led the conversion of all paper documents into digital format, enabling easy access, storage, and retrieval of information.
• Automated data flows were introduced to streamline data collection, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry processes.
• The implementation of automated data analysis techniques provided valuable insights and improved decision-making capabilities.

Business Transformation:

• The primary objective was to reduce reliance on paper and embrace a more digital approach to data management.
• Significant benefits were realized as approximately 6 hours per week were saved on manual data entry tasks alone.
• The accuracy and timeliness of the data improved, enhancing overall data quality.

Applications:

• The project encompassed various applications such as fish feed tracking and management, data visualizer dashboard, paddlewheel management, fuel and consumable records, repairs and maintenance, ICT documentation and management, employee induction and onboarding, POR generation and package tracking, QR code capital tracking, water quality monitoring, pre-start checklists, and fish health management.

Benefits:

• The digitization efforts resulted in increased quality and consistency of data across the organization.
• Improved understanding and ownership of data enhanced operational efficiency.
• Lifecycle tracking capabilities provided greater traceability of data and assets.
